Metro Athletic Clubs offer a complete cardiovascular training area with treadmills, elliptical trainers, step mills, recumbent bikes, upright bikes and cardio entertainment.
Cardiovascular exercise is terrific for improving the cardiovascular system i.e. heart, lungs, veins and arteries as well as helping you to burn lots of calories and increase your energy level.
Participating in cardiovascular exercise a minimum of 3 days per week for at least 20 minutes per session will reduce your likelihood of contracting many cardiovascular related diseases, cancers and other illnesses.
Metro Athletic Clubs offer a variety of trend setting group exercise classes that include classes like LesMills Body Pump® & Body Combat®, Boot Camp Blitz, Insanity®, PiYo Strength and Zumba®
All of our group exercise classes are held in our spacious group fitness studio room and each class is taught by a certified group fitness instructors who is highly conscious about overall class effectiveness and safety.

Metro Athletic Clubs offer a large selection of strength training fitness equipment. Our main workout and condition area includes selectorized and circuit equipment, cable and plate load machines, preset barbells and dumbbells, and tons of free weights.
Strength training also know as resistance or weight training is an essential component of an overall exercise program. Strength training is helpful for maintaining, increasing, or strengthening muscle, joints and/or bones.
A successful strength training program can be designed and tailored to meet your needs in as little as two days per week.
